As the Chief Operating Officer at Suntax, Shannon plays an integral role in supporting the smooth operation and ongoing growth of the business.
Since joining Suntax in 2014, Shannon has worked across all areas of the firm, contributing to a wide range of major projects and building a deep understanding of the people, systems and processes that support both the team and clients.
In addition to overseeing operations, Shannon also leads the Support Team and People & Culture, where she is passionate about fostering a positive, supportive and collaborative workplace.
Outside of Suntax, Shannon enjoys hiking in the countryside with her dog and spending time volunteering with rescued farm animals.
